Reproduction Oriental Mahogany Framed Opium Bed With Carved Panels - 20th century.
 
The canopied top with panelled facade applied with relief carved scenes of figures in landscapes, auspicious flowers and precious objects, the sides and back with open fretwork, raised on rectangular section supports terminating in scroll feet, united by plain stretchers.
The red and gold upholstery is very decorative and opulent and is fully intact.
 
There are marks and scuffs to the bed frame which is consistent with use and ware - but we think it just makes the piece giving it a more aged look!
The bed is formed by interlocking joints and therefore has no screws or nails. It comes apart completely with just the base section and panels as solid sections.
If you’re looking for something that little bit special and different, and have the room to accommodate a piece like this - then this will truly be a room changer!

Delivery Information

We offer FREE delivery to England, Wales and most parts of Scotland (excluding The Highlands), If delivery is required to Northern Scotland, please contact us prior to purchase.

We do not currently offer delivery outside of mainland UK, or to the Scottish Highlands.

We do not currently offer international shipping, but will work with existing freight distributors.

Collection is available from our warehouse - LL14 1TG. Please select collection at checkout.

Delivery Information

You will receive advance notice of a day and time for delivery within approximately 10 working days, and delivery can take up to 15 working days from order date.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered, and you are responsible for cost of return. Should you wish for us to arrange collection, please get in touch.
