Victorian French Oak Barley Twist & Carved 4ft Ornate Bed
Victorian french oak barley twist and decoratively carved ornate bed frame with new mattress. This small double oak bed has beautifully carved decoration to the headboard and base with barley twist carved design to the four corners finished with finials above.
Originally the bed would have had the same ornate carved design to the foot.
Underneath the mattress is a new wooden mattress base which is complemented with a new comfortable mattress above.
There is a small hole to the left upper side of the wooden rail - but this would be covered with a bedside cabinet.
This bed is extremely heavy and solid - it splits into five parts for ease of movement and transport.
It is an absolute beauty!!!
