Antique Library Chair - Probably William IV
Stunning mahogany antique reclined library chair - probably William IV.
The chair is sloped backwards and has sweeping arms, all resting on turned frontal supports.
The chair is upholstered in black leather. There is a round circular white patch to the top of the leather and there are some nicks and signs of wear - as seen in the photographs.
It’s an absolute beauty - and we don’t come across these very often!
Apart from the marks to the leather - there is evidence of a repair to one of the back legs - it does however appear sturdy and strong.
Dimensions - 71.5cm wide x 78cm deep x 93cm high to back and 45cm high to seat
